Lucena tiene multitud de fiestas y ferias, muy aclamadas por sus ciudadanos y turistas. las fiestas de Lucena son:
CABALGATA DE LOS REYES MAGOS: Día 5 de Enero, organizada por la peña "Amigos de los Magos".Destaca por la participacion de muchas carrozas en el desfile.
CARNAVAL:Se desarrolla en Febrero, fecha variable, y se organiza un concurso de chirigotas.
SEMANA SANTA: Una de las tradiciones más arraigadas de Lucena, se realiza durante Mazo o Abril, también es una fecha variable. Sus tallas son espectaculares al igual que los tronos que portan los santeros.
PROCESIONES INFANTILES: Se realiza el Sábado después del Domingo de Resurreción. Este día los niños pequeños santean en tallas en miniatura que imitan las tallas mayores.
FIESTAS ARACELITANAS: Sin duda la mayor fiesta de Lucena, se celebran en el mes de mayo. Destacan el pregón y su procesión por las calles de Lucena el primer domingo de mayo.
FERIA DE SAN FRANCISCO: Se celebra en agosto. Su verbena tiene lugar en el llanete de san francisco, y su feria en el recinto ferial.
FERIA DEL VALLE: La mayor feria de Lucena, esperada por todos, se realiza en septiembre (fecha variable). En ella se lucen los trajes de gitana y los paseos en caballo, corridas de toros, conciertos y zonas de casetas juveniles.
